Only a little late, but 4 timmes in a row when I called, I heard" just starting on it now". Was given a price over the phone ( not an estimate ) but price at completion was 26% higher. Naturally, he did not remember that! Also, they do not call with estimate if cost will be under a certain level. Changed 2 belts without permission, perhaps to make sure they got to minimum dollars?? DO NOTHING VERBAL HERE IF YOU MUST USE.

Promised a one week turnaround when we left the mower. When I called a week later they were "2 weeks out on riders" I had asked that very question before we left it there. At least the Repair Barn in Canton is truthful about the wait time. Do not trust these people! The story changes once they have your mower.
