Only reason they got three stars is the quality of the cars in general. I have never had such terrible service. Took my car in after getting a 02 sensor put in at a shady place b/c it was making my check engine light come on and stayed on after replacement. decided to go to the dealership for good service. Told them to run a diagnoistic to find the problem, AND FIRST AND FOREMOST check to see if the 02 sensor was put in the right place. 8 days later, they tell me they can't figure it out, and need more time. I had to come get my car so i could drive somewhere (I was stranded in town w/o a car, didnt give me a loaner), told me to bring it back and they wouldn't charge me... then they proceeded to charge me the diagnostic fee even though they didnt perfrom the service yet. being nice, I paid it, no arguement (I've never had to pay for a service that had not been done!). # days later, bring my car back. 8 more days later, i get fed up, call them and tell them i either need my car now or a loaner. Whole time they are telling me "your car is in pieces... they are working on figuring out the problem.". hour after I call them (I used a stern voice and said I was not content with the service - woman was snide with me) They have the problem figured out in one hour. The 02 sensor was in the wrong spot. Like I said, worst service I have ever had, anywhere at anytime.
