No response from merchant regarding request for refund. Did not respond to numerous inquiries from the BBB. Should be noted that they have changed addresses several times in a short span of time. Do not do business with this company!

Had them put in a used AC after mine got stolen. They did a great job and the price was good. I know a few people in the area that always use them. I just thought I'd come here and balance the reviews for this business out a little bit.

Hired Barney Tucker and crew at the recommendation of a friend. Seemed likable, experienced and polite at first. Had him quote the job (rearrangement of some duct work for extra head room in the basement) 3 times as some small particulars changed, and each quote went up drastically even though the scope of work did not. He said it would take 4 men 3 days to do the work, which also involved safe asbestos tape removal. He did not remove the asbestos the safe way he described, possibly contaminating my entire basement, and spent less half the man hours outlined in the quote, but still charged the full amount of the quote, which was top dollar. While assuring me the house would heat and cool even better with the new duct arrangement, half the house now has practically no airflow at all. The new ducts also make a very loud hum that can be heard throughout the house. Much the duct tape and insulation he installed is falling off. After months of polite prodding to come out and fix the problems, even offering to pay extra, he has essentially "run away" from the job and I'm having to hire another company to come correct the flaws in his duct arrangement and installation. I've never left a negative review of anyone before, and Barney seemed like a nice guy. But he certainly took no care, thought, pride or responsibility in his work which will have cost me quite a bundle more than it should have to pay someone else to do the job over correctly.
