B. Ann Builders, LLC

We hired B.Ann Builders to do a remodel of our winter home in Arizona - which included a lot of reframing, plumbing, electrical, painting and tile work. Right from the beginning, Tony and his crew were all about doing what the customer wanted! It was a pleasure working with them and I would hire them again in a minute, especially since so much had to be arranged from a distance! Tony also set us up with Bill who was our oontact through the process - he was quick to respond to our questions and provided great solutions more than a few times. Tony's crew did quality work at a constant pace, kept the work area clean, welcomed our input and tried to accomodate us at every turn. We love the results and highly recommend B.Ann Builders.

I wanted a dishwasher in my kitchen, but in order to do that, the whole kitchen had to be remodeled. One thing led to another, and B. Ann Builders remodeled my whole house. I really didn't think it could be done for my budget, but Tony did it. A new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new flooring, woodwork, doors, windows - everything I wanted. It took a month longer than the original project plan, but the wait was worth it. Even my dogs love Tony and his crew. I highly recommend them.

Tony and Lallo of B. Ann Builders did a beautiful job of remodeling our bathrooms. Their dedication to detail was obvious from the beginning through the end. We replaced the floors, cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, fixtures, baseboard, trim and mirrors. We also built walk in showers with tile surrounds matching the tile on the bathroom floors. When we chose the tile for the shower floors, Tony took the time to explain that what we had chosen would be very slick and should not be used. Then recommended what turned out to be more beautiful than what we had chosen but safe for our use as well. Tony was recommended to us as a contractor who would provide a personal touch to his work and this was an understatement. Tony actually treats his work as though he was doing this to his own home and truly listens to what the customer wants and expects. The quality, schedule, cost and especially the care that is given to detail is what is so important to every customer and this was provided from start to finish. Tony trully loves his work and it shows. We will continue to use B. Ann Builders to finish the remodeling of our home. I would never feel comfortable using anyone else.

B Ann Builders remodeled a master suite including bedroom, closets, and bathroom in our 25 year old home. The majority of the work took place in the bathroom with an exterior wall moved, new window installed, and an old garden tub replaced with a beautiful new walk in shower. All the cabinets were replaced as well as new plumbing, countertops, lighting and tile. We have built several custom home and we can say without hesitation that B Ann Builders far exceeded our expectations. Tony and his crew responsive, professional, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Prior to signing our contract, we interview six valley contractors. B Ann's estimate was not the lowest but Tony was the only one who really listened to us. Throughout the project he continued to listen and if we had a question or needed to make a change, he respondid immediately. His entire crew brought a wealth of experience and skill to the job site and his tile installer, Lalo is a true artist. During the remodel one of us became unexpectedly an critically ill and we spent long days in the hospital. The work continued on schedule at the house and it was a great comfort to us that Tony was here taking care of everything. All is well now and we plan to enjoy our beautiful new master suite for many years to come.

Tony and his team did an awesome job. The service and responsiveness to questions is spot on. The tile work Lalo completed was flawless. Everything went as planned even adjusting to changes I made on the fly. I highly recommend B.Ann Builders for you next remodel - they can do anything. You won't regret selecting Tony as your contractor.
