Sergio was great, I called him and within 30 mins he was at the door. Such a great job cleaning the carpet, reasonable pricing, and most importantly an honest business owner who knows the value of his customer. I definitely recommend BB's Carpet Cleaning

We liked there work and will use them again. they were fast but, did good work. nice price too. We will use them again as needed.

My wife and I decided to hire BB's Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets at our rental property after going through a lot of reviews of other companies at KUDZU. At first, we were not sure if they would come all the way to Cartersville because they are based in Suwanee. Thankfully, Sergio was able to make it all the way out there the next day. The carpets were full of dry cat poop and we were not sure if they would have to be replaced. When Sergio started to hit the poop spots with his truck mounted steamer, it just seemed to melt it and come right up. In no time, he was done and the carpets were restored to like new condition and the house smelled a lot better to. From now on, Sergio will be the official carpet cleaner for my home, cars, and rental. I always prefer to do business small companies and owner operators rather than the big name companies, much better service. GRACIAS Sergio, I have already recomended you to some of my co workers and neighbors.

My carpet was in bad need of stretching. Sergio was at my house at the stated appointment time. He not only did a great job, but he was very professional and friendly. I will definitely tell my friends and neighbors about him. Thanks Sergio!

I called Sergio on Friday to do a small carpet repair where my dog had scratched and he came out on Saturday morning. He said 9am, he showed up at 8:55. He was friendly and courteous. He got right to work and finished in 45 minutes. The price he quoted was the price he charged. The quality of the work is amazing! I could not be happier with the job Sergio did. Thanks Sergio!!
