I've known Bret for about 4 years, but hadn't had an opportunity to hire him. A couple of weeks ago, my girlfriend's hot water heater blew. Bret was my first call. I called him on a Saturday afternoon to see if he could walk me through how to replace the water heater, and what plumber to use. He immediately contacted his plumber, and asked him to put my girlfriend on his schedule first thing Tuesday morning. He even followed up on Sunday to confirm the schedule with the plumber. He then called during the installation on Tuesday to see how it was going. As a result, the hot water heater was replaced in a timely manner and for a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use Bret and his team again and highly recommend him. He's professional, very fair, and very dependable. He also surrounds himself with other professional contractors as part of his team (such as Sure Flow Plumbing, who are also great). Its not easy to find a good contractor in Atlanta, so when you do, you stick with him. I'll recommend Bret to all of my friends without hesitation.

Bret & his team remodeled our living room/family room last year and also tiled a shower stall. They did a fantastic job. Everyone who came into our home was professional. We appreciated Bret's advice and willingness to suggest alternatives to what we had planned that he felt would look better (which they did!).

We hired BDM for a major remodel of our family room, powder room, living rooom and dining room, including replacing panelling with drywall, hardwoods throughout, a new stacked stone fireplace and a complete reengineering of the beam ceilings in the family room. BDM also built us a new laundry room out of extra space in the formal living room. BDM did a terrific job, including suggesting and completing some upgrades during the project that have dramatically changed the look of our circa 1980 home. We gave him the run of the house while we were on vacation for two weeks, you can definitely treat him like family. We will certainly call BDM first for our next remodeling job.

Recently we used BDM Associates for tile work in our kitchen. Working with all of the people affiliated with BDM was a pleasure. From the first visit to discuss the plans until the finished job everything went smoothly. BDM was prompt, professional, and took pride in doing the best job they could and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend BDM Associates.
