I had researched high and low on the internet for a trainer that could help strengthen my core, nurse and be careful of my old athletic injuries and help me tone and lose weight And since I work from home - someone who would come to train me at my house! Not an easy list of requirements to fill - yet when I found and met Dawn - she filled all the above requirements and then some! She is so caring, and careful that you push yourself to meet your goals but with the knowledge and sensitivity to not go past your own abilities. I truly trust her with my fitness goals and love seeing her smiling face along with her motivating and caring attitude at our training sessions. I thank the good Lord that I came across her path - and I think you will too! -Jackie

Dawn is one of the best trainers ever. She has tremendous fitness and body shaping knowledge. Plus her background in physical therapy helps avoid injuries and soothes many of the aches and pains. Most importantly, she is very bright, pleasant and fun to work with.

Dawn was my trainer for one year when I resided in Seattle. During that time, I discovered that she was more knowledgeable and focused than any of my past trainers. Combined with her background in physical therapy, Dawn is the best at what she does--I recommend her highly! -Lyndall

I am amazed at my progress over the past few months under Dawn's supervision. My husband has benefited also - Dawn is awesome! Dawn has excellent knowledge and skills in fitness and exercise. She arrives fully prepared for each session with a cheerful, motivating enthusiasm! During the session, Dawn gauges how hard to "push" each client without overdoing it; she is truly concerned about her clients' welfare.
Dawn worked with my 92 year old mother and was just wonderful. Her exercise regimen was age/ability appropriate - yet she pushed her to go further each visit. She was very reassuring, motivating and just plain fun! Lots of different activities so there was never boredom. Mom has blossomed under her wing!
Because some of us had never exercised regularly in our entire lives, Dawn's arrival was met with a great deal of concern and trepidation. Within two weeks however, every member of the family looked forward to seeing Dawn 3 or more times per week. Dawn Beach is as professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic a trainer as I've ever experienced. But the things that make Dawn stand out from everyone I've ever worked with are her empathy, her ability to listen carefully, and her ability to adapt to our changing goals and situations. Some days Dawn pushed us to go farther than we thought we could. Other days she kept us from pushing too hard. Every day she arrived on time and prepared. Every day she brought a sense of humor to go with deeply personalized routines and challenges. Every day we trusted Dawn to help us tell the difference between sore and injured and she always came through for us. Every day she cared and we knew it. Dawn was especially helpful in answering questions about exercise, diet, and injury. Many times I emailed Dawn to ask for an opinion on this exercise approach or that diet plan and on every occasion she provided me both with answers and with pointers to her research supporting those answers. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dawn Beach has dramatically changed our lives for the better. In short, I strongly recommend Dawn Beach to anyone interested in the services of a personal trainer. George
Dawn aka MOP is the best. I never had a bad workout with her. Always positive, happy and on-time(big points for that). Dawn could always get the last 2 reps out of you and always help you achieve your goals. She might even ask you what your goals(XXOX). Dawn is the best.
