Very Pleased!
I chose Bill based on the high Kudzu rating. I needed a plumber fast and I prefer to use small contractors verus larger companies. When I called Bill he was on a job but said he would be right over when finished. He worked quickly and I also had him take care of two other smaller jobs (leaky faucet etc.). He was thorough and clearly took pride in his work. To top it off he was incredibly affordable. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call on him again if needed.

Excellent Work, Great Price, Nice Guy!
Bill answered his phone late at night on the first ring, and was on time for his appointment. He listened to our concerns and collaborated with us on the fix, and even offered to loan us his dehumidifier! We went ahead and bought our own in case we ever need one - but what a nice guy! He was a pleasure to talk to, and he fixed everything perfectly. And his rate was VERY reasonable - far better than I've ever seen from a plumber. I'll always be calling Bill from now on!

Great job and easy to work with
We used Bill to change out a hot water heater and he told us we only needed to change out a pressure valve and relief vale instead. His recommendation saved us a lot of money. He came out right away, did a great job and I enjoyed his stories!

Plumbing like it used to be
Bill is a knowledgeable plumber, and quite a lot of fun to chat with while the work is going on. He tries to keep the costs down, and does very good work to solve the problem. Highly recommended.
