I use to work for BJ'S they are the worst car wash I ever work for. The chemicals are water down so when your thinking your getting a wash really all your getting is soap and water. Now as for the detail they put water in the wax so that away it save them on chemical cost. They also have no experience people that knows how to buff. They one guy that only have been buffing for three months. They don't even vacuum your car if you look under your seats you will see all the dirt and stuff under there. They will promise the world and you get nothing for what you paid for. They also shave the times off the employees for what they have worked so they really don't care about doing your car because they get done wrong working there. So if you go there just check your cars out and you will see what I'm talking about.

I received a quote that a detail job would be $200. I had a coupon for $25 off. When I presented the coupon they said they'd have to add a wash. This was an "accounting practice". They gave me a 10% discount which was $25. My math skills are better than that. I didn't get a discount.I should have walked away. I arrived to pick it up. No armor all on the interior/exterior parts. The chrome on the tires was dirty. It was not waxed. The running boards, lower part of the door panels and the rear near the exhaust we're all filthy. The vacuum job inside was good, however, the leather seats we're not cleaned nor conditioned. The engine looked marginal. The manager agreed they needed to do it again. The next day the vehicle looked better. I was ready to leave and found a 2" oval piece of plastic on the ground that matched the vehicle. The manager said it was trash and went to take it but then I found it was a cover to screws on the interior handrail. Two days later it wouldn't start. I called AAA and figured out that when they took a battery out to detail the battery case, they didn't re-hook a cable up to the battery post. It was just laying there loose. the batteries had to be recharged. The following day I opened the passenger door. The passenger seat seem had a 10" tear. The stitching pulled off 1/8" of leather from the adjoining side. I had to buy a replacement leather cover for the base which cost $200....... DON'T GO THERE.

Paid extra for 4 floor mats to be cleaned-there are only 2 floor mats in my car = know what you have. It took extra time to wait for them to be cleaned- the carpet under the mats was not vacuumed = check the floors before you leave. My front windshield was not cleaned inside, it was "clear" I could still see the dusty smear there prior to my visit to the car "wash". The employees are VERY busy on a Saturday. Obviously, they are spending so much time hurrying they miss a lot. This type of service is so much the norm anymore.

BJ's Auto Spa is a great place to get your car washed! They take extra good care of your car, making sure to have it sparkling by the time you leave. They are punctual, professional, and most importantly, positive! Everyone is smiling, friendly, and always doing their best to make sure that everything you need is taken care of.

BJ's Auto Spa is a small local business in a very large town. It offers that hometown feel when you walk in the door and provides service with a smile. I can get minor and major repairs done to my vehicle while also getting fuel and keeping my car clean. I have become a loyal customer to BJ's and hope you will too! That's why I say "Great Service, Great Service." They provide great customer service and great service on my car.

Dear BJ's Auto Spa (Glendale, AZ), you are revoking a Princess's right to freedom of speech because you didn't like her review of your store's level of cleanliness, and your store's limited number of working air pumps resulting in her continued support for one of your competitors... She gave your location a chance to win her business which is why she was there in the first place and you blew it... then you delete her review and block her... shame on you... it's ok though because there is always FB, as well as other forms of social media. Oh and Princess Mimi has tons of friends and those friends have friends. Instead of deleting her post and blocking her, why not clean up your store, and fix your equipment, so you can win her business... that's just for starters. Sincerely, another lost customer and counting due to poor business practices.

had oil change, drove 8 miles, engine siezed, no oil and no oil filter on car. service manager claim no fault because of tampering. it went 8 miles siezed, was towed home by towing company bj's was closed, when the problem was discovered we put an oil filter on it and added oil to see if it was totally dead. it was. thats their definition of tampering???? really.Tom F... their service manager was the rudest individual I have ever talked to. And after 2 weeks of going back and forth said if we wanted to file it under our insurance as tampererd with while it was sitting on their lot, he would write something up to support it..insurance fraud now..really? this is a true story. anyone can contact me any time they want

We have been to BJs several times, thinking we just hit it on a bad day. The ladies behind the register are rude, esp the older gal, who I think is a manager. We always have to have them re-wipe or re-clean something. Their 'rain check policy' is a joke. Basically, I recommend to go somewhere else. I think I get a better wash at the Chevron drive thru for $5.

They scraped my door, screwed up all they seat and stearing wheel settings, misplaced and didn't put antenna back on. 2 days later I had oil leaking all over my garage floor. Then they tried to deflect blame, never appoligized and argued untill I got it fixed. Nothing like a free car wash for my trouble, just attitude! Will never go back and wouldn't recomend them to anyone.
