Reupholstered five pieces of furniture and all but one needed to be returned for complete remake. The work was of poor quality. In addition, my old form was rapped and used after I had purchased new. Jennie came out to the house to look at the work but became defensive when asked about the cushions. Not a great experience. Would not recommend.

I have been using BP Upholstery since they were in a little shop on Howell Mill Road - wonderful work, wonderful service, and wonderful people.

I just recently had BP Upholstery reupholster two chairs and an ottoman and they did a great job at a very competitive price. Jennie was so easy to work with and spent time to answer questions and make sure I was informed. Their work was excellent and I am so pleased with the result. Not to mention they picked up my chairs and delivered them back - can't beat it!

I chose BP Upholstery after reading rave reviews, and I was not disappointed. Not only did they do a fine job with the work itself on my swivel rocker recliner, but after it was finished and delivered to my home, there was an overpowering (to me) smell of the faux leather (vinyl) I'd selected, and going above and beyond what I might have expected, Jennie offered to take the chair back to their shop and let it air out there. Three weeks later, I went over there yesterday to take a sniff, and the strong odor was gone, with just a hint remaining. They then delivered the chair that same afternoon. It's great to have the chair back, and the new color works perfectly with my sofa and valances. There was no problem for BP Upholstery to not charge me for the balance due until the chair was delivered again and I was completely happy. Kudos to them for fine workmanship and service.

I was very well pleased with the service and quality of work. My antique french sofa and chairs are probably in better shape than they ever have been! Thanks to Henry and the others at BP Upholstery!
