I was so happy with the service I experienced at Brides by Demetrios. One of my Maids of Honor had struggled to find the perfect dress and we had searched 3 different locations before our stop at Brides by Demetrios. It wasn't just that we found a great dress we also had superior service by Cheryl Ball. She was both sweet and candid about what she thought looked perfect for my good friend and maid of honor. Then disaster happened. Due to my miscommuication with my other Maid of Honor on how quickly she needed to choose her dress, I found out that we had waited too long and now were were unable to order either of the bridesmaids dresses in time. When I went into the store I was told it was too late to get the dresses and unfortunately we would have to look for other dresses. I was so upset because we had found the perfect dress. It was only maybe 30 mins after I left the store that the manager Tracy Stewart called. She had an idea that it might be possible for their seamstress Gloria Zarate to make the dresses in house with a similar material. What a fabulous idea! I am so greatful to Tracy for saving the day and finding a solution to help me even though I had not ordered the dresses in a timely manner. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Brides by Demetrios. I highly recommend them not only for the great selection of dresses but also for the superior customer service!!!

It took six months to get our bridsmaid dresses in. The manager was rude and gave me several different arrival dates..all wrong. They are the wrong sizes and have offered no positive solution for fixing the situation. Dont waste your time.

I am from Alabama, but I bought my wedding gown from a bridal boutique in Chicago when I was there on vacation. Since I needed to take my dress to be altered at a closer location, I chose to take my dress to one of their sister stores, which was Brides by Demetrios in Atlanta. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there. The staff is so patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had some personal preferences about how I wanted my dress to be altered that differed with how they usually do things. They very politely explained to me why they did it the way they usually did, but still professionally altered the dress just the way I wanted it. They even worked with me to find a bridesmaids dress that was the exact style, price point, and color I was looking for! The store manager, Tracy, is so nice and seemed ready to answer my every question. When I read the reviews before mine, I was shocked to see people with such horrible opinions! Maybe they have had a change in management since those were written, because I'd recommend Brides by Demetrios to anyone!

I feel so bad for my bride having gone through the experience at this store for our bridesmaid dresses. The staff there is not at all knowledgeable with the dresses they sell and when ordering our dresses put in a color for a designer that did not exist. They ordered the wrong sizes for a couple of our party and were completely rude when we were trying to get the orders corrected. Save yourself the headache and purchase somewhere else!!

If "0" stars were an option, I would have seleted it because I recieved NO customer service and a dress that failed me on my wedding day. I was bleeding and bruised on the day of the wedding because the boning in my dress broke, the back corset loops ripped out, and the tulle portion of the dress fell out with every step I took. I cannot express in words the level of humiliation, stress, anxiety, and frustration I felt in dealing with Brides by Demetrios. My dress did not arrive until 3 weeks before my out-of-town wedding (I had to make NEW travel plans). Then the dress fell apart on my wedding anyway. When I came back to Demetrios- literally black and blue from bruises caused by the dress- they said there was nothing they could do about it. The manager humiliated me, frustrated me, and found no professional solution to this awful situation. BRIDES BEWARE!!! Do NOT shop here... Take your money and emational well being else where. Hope you have the beautiful, pain free wedding I never will :(

I was the maid of honor in my sister's wedding. They forgot to do the Bride's final alterations!! When she got her wedding dress, it was loaded with pins from the last fitting. The hem of the dress was uneven, the top was still too big, and we had to bustle her with saftey pins. They refunded her alterations cost, but still. Also, they forgot to order one of the bridesmaid's gowns. They ended up custom making the gown and it wasn't ready until the day of the wedding. What a nightmare!

I had such a bad experience with demetrios and wanted to share this so no bride ever has to go through what I've been through. I bought my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses here (all 8). It started with one of my bridesmaids dresses. They called me 3 WEEKS before my wedding to tell me they didn't order one of my bridesmaids gowns and tried to tell me that I didn't tell them the size (my bridesmaid had told them and I had called them multiple times to verify they had everything they needed). Then, they lost my veil and tried to tell us that I had already picked it up (false). Then, the said they had finished my alterations on my wedding dress (not true either). When I put on my dress that day to my horror my dressed wasn't altered on the sides (too big) and my dress was pinned up with sewing pins underneath. Ultimately they ended up making the bridesmaids dress from scratch, they replaced my veil and I got them to refund my alterations cost. But not without a lot of tears, way too many calls and stress. They hardly ever returned calls on any of the fiascos and I received very vague response. I had to go to the store personally for the refund on the alterations. And all of the situations they tried to cover up. We also didn't get the bridesmaids dress until the day of the wedding. It was not a good experience. I do not recommend them

I shopped here for a bridal gown back in May and was very pleased with my experience. The shop had dresses in so many different styles, from simple to very lavish. My consultant, Tamika, didn't have another appointment scheduled for an hour after mine so she allowed me to try on as many dresses as I liked, 19 in all!! Most bridal shops limit you to 4-6 dresses, but Tamika went out of her way to accomodate me. I ended up not purchasing my dress here but was grateful for the good service and large selection. I've read a lot of reviews about snobby personnel, but Tamika wasn't snobby at all. However, be prepared to pay at least $900 for a dress. If that's not your budget, you should probably shop elsewhere.

I bought my wedding gown in Virginia with my mom present and had a one of a kind perfect experience- the team was patient, thoughtful, considerate, kind and willing to work for the customer- it was EVIDENT they wante me to be happy. My mom went to the Atlanta based store to peruse some of the gowns for mother of the bride. She and I expected the experience to go well, but the no so. The clerk was abrupt, inconsiderate and demeaning. Special occasion dresses cost a great deal of money. Sometimes, at these shopping moment you are awakened to the fact that you shouldn't have had the 2nds at dinner. NONETHELESS, one is not looking for the consultant to highlight your imperfections with rude and snide comments. Instead, in this industry one should strive for win-win, which I translate into a sale! Find what works and looks nice and keep it moving. We all know a positive experience brings others back!! Perhaps she (the clerk) already earned her commission for the day, or didn't realize she was hurting someone's feelings. At the end of the day, if you are not in the mood to be treated as "less than" skip this shop until you are... Signed- to bad they all were like the one in Tysons

I'm about to cry! This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen! The store was rude and thoughtless. They ruined my fiances dress and they asked her to prove it. Then they insulted my fiancÚ calling her cheap for shopping around. This place has the rudest employees my fiancÚ and I ever dealt with. The store manager there is rude and egotitical. If you guys arent filthy rich and have to shop around for the best price this place isnt for you. They will insult you, call you "Cheap and poor and not worth their service."

I too went to several bridal salons but Bridal by Demetrios was the best all around. They had a great choice of styles and the prices were very reasonable.... I was on a tight budget but found a great dress the looks like a million bucks - Any other dresses I tried on didn't compare to the quality of dress at Demetrios and there prices. A big plus was that it wasn't over crowded. There were other brides there but we all had room to move about the salon and enough seating to accommodate friends and family. The staff was wonderful. Big thanks to April!! - She was great to work with. She picked out some dresses that went with my beach wedding and budget and they all were wonderful. She was very patient - I didn't feel rushed at all. She was so sweet and even let me try on my top favorite's dresses 3x and I am so happy with my choice! It was a great shopping experience and would recommend Bridal Demetrios to anyone.

I visited three other bridal salons before visiting Brides by Demetrios. While I had pleasant experiences at the other stores, Brides by Demetrios is seemingly in a league of its own. Just entering the gorgeous salon gave me that joyful feeling of becoming a bride! It's a warm, friendly, and very beautiful bridal salon that is filled with gorgeous gowns (and you can try on as many as you would like). I loved the undivided attention, the atmosphere, and the selections. I purchased by dress on my first visit there, and was so elated to find out that the beading on the dress could even be modified to my specific liking. The entire experience was stress free! Everyone from my sales person, to the store manager, made my bridal gown shopping experience an unforgettable one. They really spend time with you and go above and beyond to make sure that you're happy, satisfied, and super excited about your final choice! I even went back to the store the next day just to be in my gown again! I highly recommend Brides by Demtetrios to any bride-to-be who is looking for a high quality gown at an affordable price and who wants an amazing overall experience.

Finally a non-crazy, sophisticated but not overly expensive bridal shop... The Demetrios products are beautiful and of very high quality. The prices are not the cheapest you'll find but also not the most expensive. The staff, for the most part, is very professional and helpful with the manager, Lisa, being particularly great. They are very patient and will help you find that perfect dress. Also - their products come in when they say they will (if not before). So - this is a definite bonus! Stay away from some of the high stress shops and come here instead! Happy shopping!
