When we found Bill we were in a bind. We had used another computer repair person and had bad results. He had taken a deposit up-front and 3 weeks later said he would not make the repair and would only give part of our deposit money back. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty by talking to the other repair person for us and offering to meet with that person if need be.

Bill fixed our laptop in a timely manner and at a cheaper rate then the other repair person that had given us all the problems. Not only that, he gave us a loaner laptop to use while the repair was being made so we wouldn't be without a computer. Throughout the process he was very friendly and very helpful. Our only regret is that we didn't use him from the beginning instead of messing with the other repair person. We highly recommend Bill and BS Consulting!!

Smart, efficient, reasonable. I can not imagine having a problem this company can't fix in a timely and professional manner. My limping-along browsers were reinstalled, my viruses removed and my sound restored, all for a very fair price. Superior service like this is like a breath of fresh air compared to companies like DirecTV and Comcast.

Ever since I met Bill, I have had no reason to go to someone else for solutions to my computer problems. He is conscientious and reliable, and his scope of technical knowledge is amazing (at least, to me). It doesn't matter whether your problem is big or small, it will be resolved in the most efficient manner. Highly recommended.
