I placed an order for a Leander High Chair in Walnut ($299) on 8/14/12 and still have not received it as of 1/14/13. Yes, FIVE months. Customer service has been dishonest, emailing multiple times over the months that the item is shipped and "on it's way," but refuses to provide proof, ie. tracking number. Customer service number always goes to a voicemail, and they don't return calls. I don't know what to do, this company literally stole from me.

I ordered a changing table and a glider from here and was promised to receive them both in 6-8 weeks. The changing table arrived with one of the drawer fronts fallen off. The glider arrived after 18 WEEKS and many lies from the customer service rep Angela. I wish I had the time and energy to fight for my money back. We paid top dollar for the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We could have bought the same items anywhere else as they are not exclusive to Babygeared. Don't waste your time or money on this company!!!!
