I was a first time visiter and I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hr. She used a new product on my hair called Namaste and it was great. Later, I went back and got the relaxer and it really works with my hair. I have finally found a stylist that work majic on my hair....

I want to say when I left Dawns chair my hair was looking fabulous. Now my hair is breaking at the roots. I was told that Dawn the hairdresser was a Namaste rep and she had knowlege about the Nameste products. Here are sthe signs that I should have left that dump of a solon, First she cut my hair before she put the relaxer in I am not a hairdresser I am 47 no one has never done this to my hair, she also said I did not need to sit under the dryer with the Nameste brand of conditioner. She cut my hair again to style it. The next day I notice my hair was falling into the sink I called her and she said it was fine don't comb it just wrap it and use my hand. I went back to her the third day so that she could see that it's breaking she said it was normal you have to lose a certain amount of hair. Well when I check the front of my hair on Friday and found that my temples and the front was bald in patches, I seeked a real hair dresser in the West End area who knew that Dawn did not know a damn thing about hair or Namaste products. So Bad hair day will leave you with NO HAIR and BAD HAIR DAYS. Stay out of this shack because Dawn will have you lose all of your hair. SHe claims that hair is her love, She loves her own hair $95 and I paid for BAD HAIR. She gave her solon a good name it's represents what will happen if you patronize this shack.
