I just recently had an issue with my air conditioner and had no idea of who to go to, so I went to google and searched and went out on a limb and tried Bailey's. I will look no further because they were great ! The office staff was friendly knew just how to help me and the technician that came out gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly too ! A smile never left his face. He knew just what he was doing I will refer Bailey's to everyone I talk to ! Thank you Bailey's !

POOR customer service up front. I couldn't hardly get through to anyone, but when I finally did I was sorry I tried so hard. Their after hours line is useless. I was more than willing to pay the extra fees, but didn't even hear back from anyone. They didn't seem to answer their phones at 8AM on a work day either. I left a message then and didn't get a call once again. After several calls I finally got a hold of a woman who just berated me and told me how horrible I was after I expressed my concern about the difficulty in reaching someone. Immediately I got an earful, including the fact that she was canceling my service request and I could not get a word in. I finally had to hang up because she would not let me even speak. Perhaps if she would have calmed down she would have understood where I was coming from, but she had no idea. She is supposed to be in the customer service industry which means a calm explanation would have helped and maybe I would not have become so upset. Please make the wise choice and call someone else. I made sure my home warranty company has this information so they will not be used first again.

I hired them via AHS for a HVAC warranty repair. The only time they called me was to get my credit card number. They charged my card and never contacted me again. They scheduled a service call for the next day saying they would call to arrange a time prior to the visit. No call ever came but they claim to have made a service visit. I never saw them there and they never called after the alleged visit with their diagnosis. I could never get them to return any of my messages as to what their diagnosis was and what the repairs should be - I left multiple messages for them over a 2 week period. They never called AHS for work approval even though AHS contacted them multiple times on my behalf. After almost 2 weeks, I gave up and had to hire another HVAC contractor and attempt to get my service charge refunded (yes, they never return my calls on this either). They seem a bit shady. They have no regard for customer service.
