Purchased a 2008 Endevor from Ball...Deal started out nice until they started complaining that they priced the car wrong and were unable to make a deal to far from the sticker price. We took the deal with a couple hundred bucks off. Car had a few issues of course they said "no problem,we will take care of it" Had a few small dents and needed to be detailed. Came back on the Monday as we were told to do,hey were not ready for us to be there. Rich(the manager)said that he would make sure things were in place. Got to service department and the dent guy was not even there. After droping the car off at 9am and picking it back up 3pm car was STILL dirty and the dent removel was not that great of a job. We excepted the dent removal job but were very unhappy with the "detailing",all door jams where DIRTY and the out side was greesy. We of course complained ONCE we were able to find a manager. Chris is the assistant mgr said "no problem" but when a sales clerk spoke with Rich (the manager) he said " what do they want they bought a used car" So it felt as if they did not care once they had THEIR money. We left we the agreement that we would find a place to detail the car and Ball would pay for it they at first only wanted to pay 50 dollars IT IS AND SUV! Took it to a place in El Cajon and it was going to be 140.00 Ball promised to overnight a check 150.00 for the inconvience. Needless to say we did not get the check, had to make ANOTHER trip just to get pick up the check.

This business is one I recommend, when my car has been serviced here, each time I was more impressed than the previous. They are competent- (IMAGINE THAT?) but they are.. as they go above and beyond, while being respectful, polite and honest. Also, I have had a smaller bill than I should have as they round the labor hours down. *There is ONE thing that Ball Honda service needs BADLY, and that is reliable and clean loaner cars. But, beyond that they are who they are, since,"they are on the Ball!"

I have been a Honda customer since I was sixteen years old, I previously had a honda cr-v and it was perfect, I wanted to upgrade my car so I went to this dealership for an up-grade, but now I feel I just got down-graded. I bought a new 2007 honda civic ex and for a year and 3 months I have had nothing but problems. Manufacture defects and even worse customer service. I was treated like a child and was given the run around for two days with the problem of a cracked rim. I waited at the dealership for 3 hours with no feedback or options to fix my wheel. It took my initiative and my complaining to get the ball rolling in getting my problem fixed. I advise anyone interested in a Honda to go somewhere else; I for one am never going back there again.
