A couple of inaccuracies here.. first and foremost that this location is a Crunch, NOT a Bally the two companies separated almost three years ago. The previous review is clearly about the Bally up the road, not this Crunch. I've been going to this Crunch for three years now and love it!...

This place is a dump! Plain and simple - they have an inadequate ventilation system making the top level unbearable. The A/C system spent most of the summer (2007) broken and the place was always hotter than hell. The gym looks old and tired. They recently gave the inside a mediocre paint job, but it needs more than that. This Cobb Pkwy facility is in desperate need of a new A/C system coupled with updated air ducts for the top level. The façade is pathetic and dilapidated. Lack of lawncare is also an issue at this facility.

Finally, how about those care break-ins. You got love that. Not necessarily Bally’s fault, but there were at least 10 instances of busted car windows that I personally accounted.

Knowledgeable staff members; they successfully answer any questions to the best of their knowledge. They do not use high-pressure sales tactics. Their membership fees are reasonable, especially if a person signs up for the long haul. The equipment is well-maintained. The bathrooms and shower areas are clean. The facility is large enough to comfortably accommodate all of those working out.
