I hired the company to repair and refinish two attic vents that were rotten with pealing paint. The painters came out, pressure washed the whole front and right side of the house, repaired the vents, and painted the vents and trim on the peaks of the house that I cannot reach. The finished results are very nice and I am pleased with the work. The company took care of getting the paint matched exactly, had all the equipment it needed, and fit me in given the urgency due to the wood damage. They honored my request to get the vent screens back in place as soon as possible to keep wildlife out of the attic. Mr. Bannister, his sons, and daughter were nice to work with because they have a sincere desire to satisfy their customers. I wish them well.

After signing a contract and doing due diligence by calling others, I came across reviews very unfavorable to this company on this site!. I worried. However, to the exact contrary, the job of painting the total exterior of my home was EXCELLENT. First, the painters were very polite and worked without much break, from 9-6 every day. I was totally impressed by their work ethic. The owner, Mark, exhibited outstanding communication skills, keeping in touch with me on a constant basis. The contracted amount was very competitive with others I had interviewed. I highly recommend this company. My home looks like new-( no drips, sloppiness- sorry), anything I wanted done before completion was done and done well. I could not be happier. Thanks Mark, Nicole, Armando and Miguel!

A friend recommend this company to me. They did a great job, the owner mark was very kind, and the price was reasonable . They finished the job faster then expected. The workers did a very good job covering the furniture and floors,I am so happy the way my living room and dinning room turned out .I'm planing to hire them again to paint the exterior of my house.

Would not recommend for the following reasons: took longer than told, sloppy cut in work, drips all over, didnt cover furniture, didnt clean up, didnt fully cover walls-some needed one more coat, worker smoked constantly, cheapest paint used, still cleaning and touching up their work several days later.

We got four estimates for our exterior paint job. All were in the same ball park price wise. We went with Bannister because Nicole (the owner Mark's daughter) seemed very nice and professional. They wanted half up front to buy paint. They have gotten to about 85% done, and wanted the rest of the money. Our mistake was paying them the balance when work hasn't been completed. They still have our shutters, still have a lot of touch up work to do--which they said they would come out and do at any time if we weren't happy with the work--and have not returned our calls. Unfortunately, this has been our experience with multiple contracts of various types in the Cumming/Forsyth area. All are quick to take money, and slow if at all to do good, quality, reputable work.

Hired Bannister to do interior painting. They showed up and got right to work. Work was finished in a short amount of time and was neatly done. Clean up was OK, except that a hose was left connected to the outside faucet during freezing weather - a 'no-no'. Could have been better prepared with tools and materials - did not have wall compound with them. Were VERY helpful with cleaning and replacing bulbs in an overhead light fixture - Thanks! Issue with streaking on the ceiling in one room was resolved professionally. They just need to make sure to communicate better when changing arrival times. Overall, these folks do good work, are trying to be more customer-oriented and thereby earn more business.

After giving them 1/2 up front, they quickly needed more money to buy the paint to finish my job, then took another payment, began painting again, but asked for more money. Once I paid the total amount, they did not complete the job, but took the money. Paint on the door knobs, hinges, etc. I would have been better off not painting at all.

After negotiating with the owner Mark and his son I hired them to paint my home in Alpharetta and paid theym $900 to get started pressure washing. I asked if they had proof of insurance and they said that they did. Soon, 2 showed up to pressure wash and were finished before it dawned on me that no insurance had been provided. I told Mark the owner that before he put guys on ladders on my house, I wanted to verify his coverage. Turns out he has liability but no workers comp. So, if one of his guys falls off a ladder and gets hurt on my property, he gets to sue me for all my stuff. We agreed to a one week wait for him to get insured or a refund would follow. You know the rest-he's quit taking calls, hasn't turned up at all. Paid $900 for a pressure wash job. If you want guys on ladders with no insurance, these are your guys. If you want pros, look elsewhere.
