While the nurse-practitioner I see at this office is lovely, the office has a policy of having its patients do all the insurance paperwork normally done by an administrator. I don't know anything about insurance coding, and in fact, my insurance company was shocked that I was the one calling and asking the questions rather than the doctor's staff. The admin staff is brusque at best as well. Not good customer service there!
