this may be a problem at other Acura as well and not just this one. the people at Baranco are nice, but the service they provide is unsatisfactory. I asked the same question and different people will give me different answers. One person said they'll provide me with loaner car when i take my car in for service, but another person said they would not. before you buy their car, they'll say yes to everything, but once you bought it, they don't care to keep you satisfied and service you. I got a certified preown a month ago, and it already has problem with the radio control and they didn't even care to find out the Navigation code for me at the time of purchase, when that should've already be part of the certification.
