I bought my 2004 Envoy from Baranco in 2004. I had several small problems with the SUV requiring service within the 1st month. But the worst of it was- I asked for and was promised a car anti-theft alarm. Before leaving the lot with my new car, I tested the key fob for the alarm. It did not work. Then two Baranco salesmen actually demonstrated/faked the 'car alarm' by using the horn button on the key fob!!!! When I realized weeks later that I had been duped, I tried to resolve it via Baranco's managers but they were not willing to help until I complained to the corporate GM offices. Only then did they agree to install the alarm as requested. And, I had to fight to get a loaner vehicle while they kept my 'new' Envoy. They installed the cheapest, lowest quality, alarm sounds when the wind blows alarm they could find on my vehicle. I wouldn't go back to Baranco for ANYTHING! Buyer Beware!

This company 1. Never contacted my warrenty company. 2. Performed Services that were not requested, and one that I asked them not to perform. 3. Were extremely disrepectful. 4. Treat women horribly. 5. Over charged for services performed. 6. When I filed a complaint they never followed up or did anything about my problem. I wouldn't go there if they were the only dealership in the US.

I am always nervous about buying a new car. I hate the "games"! This is my first time using Baranco on Hwy 78. It was an awesome car buying experience. Although we have had a couple of small problems with the car, they "perform" like they are still trying to sell us the car.

With less than 34,000 miles on my GMC Jimmy, heater failed, Baranco covered 1/2 of the cost, less than 6 weeks it failed again, another $250 plus car rental. Within one year, heater failed again, this time is $750.00. I have cars for years and years that have never had a heating problem. This company made no effort to contact GM. I now have AC problems.
