When the Tommy Nobis Center embarked on an ambitious venture of electronics recycling to help clear landfills and put people with disabilities to work, Bardi jumped in feet first to help. Bardi funded a radio campaign to promote electronics recycling. Our technicians pick up donated electronics from homes or businesses free with any service call.

I called Bardi who wouldn't give a price for freeon over the phone, I should have hung up then. They duly arrived, charged me $100 to "defrost" the a/c unit (no explanation before hand), then... added freeon and said the rate is $290 for 1-3lbs, where as most companies charge $70 lb, so they basically charge you 3lbs worth whether you need it or not. It's like charging for a full tank of gas when it's half full already! I did not like the experience and would never recommend a company that can't explain charges to a simple question on the phone.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Great company to do business with. Although not the cheapest quote I got, they price matched and as Bardi gave me the most confidence, I opted for them. Glad I did. They were quick, respectful, professional, courteous and the work appeared top notch. Their warranties give you a lot of peace of mind, and they stand by their work. Hope to do business with them again!
It's hard for me to work from home, but I did so in order to have them come out. They never showed up and after a couple calls from me, the dispatcher called me back to say that best case they might be able to get someone out tonight, although they have one after hours person and it was likely he'd have to go elsewhere.

Have used Bardi twice now and was impressed enough to sign up for their annual service plan. Their technician was very knowledgable and thorough. Would definitely recommend.
Bardi called and offered a special on an air conditioner check up. Clarence came out to the inspection and he did a great job. He explained to me all the items he was checking and any possible issues there might be. He thought I might have a coolant leak, so he investigated more and found the system was just clogged. I had other questions about our furnace and thermostats, he patiently answered all my questions and then assisted with scheduling an appointment for a sales call. This is the second time I have had service from Bardi. I would highly recommend using them.
I used Bardi for the first time this past week. I had a wonderful experience for the minute the customer service rep answered the phone to the nice service man came out to fix my issue. I've had many companies out to try and resolve my issues but no one could seem to get it right but Bardi. Best HVAC and Plumbing company in Atlanta.
I called Bardi on a Sunday afternoon when my furnace went out, they came out immediately and then ended up making 3 more trips to get the right part installed and get the furnace working again. I really appreciate all the extra effort Charles T. put into getting it working properly!
Great service very nice people but they will bend you over if they can!! They charged me $1400 for a job that at most should have been $1100. The water heater is only $449 with my model number, expansion tank is $45, and pressure regulator around $100. Which is roughly $600 total. How do you get to $1400. Called customer no service and received absolutely no help. They offered an offensive $50 Bardi bucks coupon. Shop around! Do not go with them. They are way overpriced as the details prove.

Tech's are nice however, only one out of two encountered was competent. First guy came im could not figure out the proble so called everyone in the company still no answer. next day talked me to signing into some agreement (SCAM) and after that they told me the price on hoiw much it would be to fix my heating unit. called a friend of mine his company came out and did the service at almost half..... Second tech came out to do a "tune-up" with filter that cost 99 cents, no thanks i use good filters... He seemed to be competent however, hard to analyze sisnce he did not need to fix anything. now i see no value decided to cancel the monthly service with them and all of a sudden they want to charge me $160 for retro, diagnostic and maintanance - be ware, shop around...

I first alerted Bardi of my heat issue in early November. It's not an emergency, but I can see a large increase in utility bills. They came to figure out the problem, ordered a part and scheduled another appointment to fix it. They called and were on their way to my place, and then somehow along the ride they realized they never had the part. Now they have it, but won't come until February to fix it. There's a lot more to my complaint, but this form doesn't allow enough space. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Bardi provides efficient service when you need them at the last minute. Their inspections are incredibly detailed. The staff is courteous and professional.
Gregory K just came out and addressed our concerns. This is the first time we have ever needed a plumber so we had no standard to guage. He was pleasant and I appreciated his teaching about other problems we were having that could have gotten worse had we not done some preventive maintenance. Overall, very satisfied.
Eddie came out today to check on my slow drains. He was very nice. I expected I would need complete drain cleaning. But he told me that he thinks all I need is to use a special enzyme cleaner, which he sells. He wasn't really pushing this but told me he didn't used to push it til he actually saw how well it worked using drain cameras before and after. I haven't started using it yet, but have great hopes. I would call them again, should I need plumbing services.
