As luck would have it, my AC unit was crapping out on Labor Day. I did a search here and found a local repair service near my house. I called in the late afternoon on the holiday expecting a machine. To my surprise, Rusty answered the phone. Although he was fully booked for the week, he told me he would try to come by the next day after he was finished working his job across town. The afternoon turned to evening, and I thought to myself, "no show". I couldn't have been more wrong. Rusty called and said he was on the way. A few minutes later he arrived. He thoroughly and patiently diagnosed the problem and fixed it soon thereafter at a very reasonable and fair price. He was working ouotside in the rain and gathering darkness! It is so refreshing these days to find someone in a service business that is so responsive. If you are reading this, then you are a person concerned about receiving honest service. You can't go wrong with Rusty. I won't be calling anyone else! Highly recommend!

Rusty Bardin will come out to your home, troubleshoot the problem, explain the situation and quote you accordingly. The best part is he will do it honestly, works quickly and doesn't push "extra" product that isn't needed. If it is a $5 part that needs replacing, he will charge you $5 for the part a very reasonable service charge rate (cheaper than pretty much anyone else) and won't try to sell you on a service or parts that aren't needed. I don't ask for more than that in a business. The fact he is less expensive than most others makes him a real quality find.

We contacted Rusty after having no clue what was wrong with a HVAC unit on an investment property. He was available the next morning,before typical working hours to meet me so it didn't disrupt my day. Very friendly and on time! Would recommend him and his company to ANYONE!
