to say the least my dog reeked of cigarette smoke which was terrible. had to go to petsmart to get shampoo and wash my dog myself.

I will never let anyone else touch my dogs. Neither of mine are fond of being groomed, but Terrie is very patient with them and always does an excellent job, at a very fair price.
