Poor Office Staff
While Dr. Baron is a great doctor, his office staff is not up to par. customer service is not on the mind of the front office personnel. Her phone mannerism is horrible and she is anything but pleasant to deal with. I'm switching simply so I will not have to deal with her.

Perfect Family Doctor
Dr. Baron (and his PA: Kathy) are an amazing team that truly care about their patients. I visit this office, as do my two sons. Dr. Baron stays up to date on the latest medical information, yet is very personable with small children and comforting to their parents. The office staff (and nurses) are incredible. They are gentle and patient when giving shots and taking blood. I've seen both Kathy and Dr. Baron go above and beyond for my sons when they had medical problems and had to be seen by outside specialists. I cannot state enough good things about this practice.
