My 30 year old furnace quit on a cold Saturday afternoon. Since my regular guys had already quoted me a ridiculously high price for a new system, I called Barron's. David came out promptly, quoted a... fair price, and offered to come by after church to install it. It must have been a rousing sermon because by 5pm Sunday my house was nice and toasty. I bought a HUD forecloser and closed on it late Feb. The outside unit had be stolen. I called David on the afternoon of March 2nd and he gave me a quote and we made a deal on a complere system that afternoon. The David and the guys did the install on the 3rd. I didn't have my gas turn on until today, Oct. 16th. I called David yest and told him that the city of Lawrenceville was suppose to turn my gas on today. He said he would be here around 4. Like he said he came went under the house checked my unit out and got my heat going just like he promise back in March when they did the install. Barron's is a top-notch company to deal with. We have spent the past couple of weeks shopping around, trying to find the best deal on a new gas furnace. Barron's gave us the most reasonable price estimate and warranty terms. Raymond sold us the unit and David installed it, and both were friendly and professional. I would recommend Barron's to anyone.

Exceptional service. The first time they came at a moment's notice, late on a weekday evening. Randal sized up my situation very quickly and communicated my options to me in very precise and clear language. He did not pressure me into any particular solution, as a salesman might. Yet he offered his advice when I asked. I required a second service call, but not due to anything they missed on the first call. The second call they installed new AC coils and a furnace. The work is clean. It appears they crafted an easily accessed slot for my air filters. The installers were clean and professional. They left no trash behind.

The wife called and was pleased with the communication over the phone, so she set up an appointment. The tech(Raymond) showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He had the parts on hand, fixed it and was done within 30 mins. Good service & great communication = a happy customer. Thanks, James

David was excellent. I interrupted his breakfast this morning with my a/c problem. He said he would be here within the hour and was true to his word. He diagnosed and fixed everything in less than 45 mins. He also provided excellent maintenance tips. The price was so reasonable that we had him upgrade our thermostat also.

Our air was working sometimes and not others. Ace and A charged us $229 to clean the outside unit. It went out again, called Barron's, Raymond was there in 20 minutes and replaced a switch in 15 minutes. It was working when he repaired it - Ace said they could not find what was wrong if the unit was working. The bill for Barron's was $95. Raymond was wonderful and even gave me tip on ways to help cooling. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, excellent.

I have recently made a unit purchase from your company and was very pleased with the salesman, and that your guys done the job in one day!!! Very nice job done with the duct work Installation crew. Would recommend highly!! Keep up the good work gentlemen!
