I had a car wreck to our family car and the dealer we sent it to does not do body work. They sent it to Barrow Body Shop. It took them almost 5 weeks to repair the door and when I called to inquire about when my car would be done, Brian (sales person) was incredibly rude. I ended up having to pay an additional $400 for the additional time to the car rental company and then when I got the bill they added ANOTHER $300 for additional work that I never approved. AVOID THIS COMPANY

They have had our car for over 2 months and kept lying about when it would be ready. They have not communicated when they said they would. They have blatantly lied right to our face and still have not finished the car. Unbelievably poor customer service!
