Stay away from this business
Do not give your money to this business. There are plenty of other places to purchase blinds. You will NOT get good service. If it happened to us, it can certainly happen to you. \r\rWe purchased blinds from Bartlett Blinds and had problems from day one. In fact, we even demanded our money back after 4 weeks. Over the course of a year, not once did she come see the problems. She would simply re-order new blinds or send her incompetent installer to make adjustments. \r\rThe blinds were terminally uneven, had cracked plastic attachments, tangled chords and some chords would snap after one use. We actually stopped using the blinds. \r\rFinally, we woke up and realized this was just plain wrong. We demanded the name of the representative for the particular blinds she sold us. The Rep, along with the regional manger came over for a meeting. \r\rFirst thing they noticed, most of the blinds were installed improperly and some of our windows were too large for the type of blind she sold us. Ultimately, the reps replaced our blinds and apologized for our experience. They were just as surprised as us that the Bartlett Blinds business owner had NEVER come over once to see the problems we were having. \r\rShame on this business.
