We recently switched our home and business contracts to Bartlett after we became dissatisfied with our old provider who was constantly trying to sell us unneeded equipment or questionable repairs. ... We've been really pleased with the switch. Anthony even had to return to finish our maintenance since there were padlocks on the power disconnects that we were not aware of. Our commercial units are on the roof. Evidently our old provider was cutting corners during their maintenance trips since there was no way to disconnect the power to the unit. Jerry showed up right at 10am (my window was 10-12) and he quickly found the problem. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but said they would order it and have it ready to be installed by... the end of the week. I have no complaints about the quality of the service I received from Bartlett. The tech was very professional. The issue is price. The prices charged to me are similar to what I would get if I went with one of the well-known companies with a bazillion reviews on Kudzu. I was able to save a significant amount of money after checking with neighbors who referred me to a small HVAC company that charged alot less for a similar level of service.

Thank you for the review and for noting that the quality of service that your received was excellent. While we truly wish that we could have retained your business, we understand that sometimes price can be an issue. We do feel like our price is very fair though, as our technicians are of the highest caliber and receive continual training in order to offer this professional service. Our price does reflect the value of the service received and the quality of technician that we send into each of our customers homes. We do appreciate though that you did give Bartlett a try and know that if you ever need us, we are just a phone call or click away :-)
Last summer my a/c stopped working and I chose Bartlett after reading the positive reviews on Kudzu. The technician fixed my problem quickly and was very personable. Later I chose Bartlett to replace my heating and cooling system and they made the process very easy. My whole house is much more even in temperature now. I love their commitment to quality service and I like being treated as a valued customer.

We had another company check our broken furnace and they found 2 issues and offered to repair for a large amount. After shopping other companies, Bartlett offered the best quote. The service technician Rick arrived on time, took a look at the furnace and found that there was only 1 problem instead of 2 that the previous company found! We ended up paying less than quoted and the furnace is working great. Love the honesty, integrity and expertise!

I have been a Bartlett customer for over a year. They are a family run business and it shows. They are very responsive and trustworthy. I also use them for maintenance where they come out and proactively maintain my 3 HVAC units twice a year. Yesterday I called them because of my units wouldn't turn on and they came out within 3 hrs of calling that same day. Turns out it was a minor problem and we got the unit back up and running within an hour. I highly recommend calling Bartlett.

Thank you for your kind review! We all know how quickly a home can heat up when your AC system goes down, so we will always try to get a technician to you as quickly as possible. And because you have a maintenance agreement which provides routine maintenance, a lot of times when you do have a break down, it is just a minor repair needed to get you back up and running. I'm a very picky consumer to start with...We've used Bartlett for a few years now and have never been disappointed. We called last week to service the furnace, and Jerry showed up early which is awesome because we all know this is rare in the service industry (Go Bartlett!). Not only was Jerry extremely personable, knowledgable and helpful, but he went above and beyond by fixing other things we didn't even know were an issue. One week later we can completely feel the difference in the house - feeling warm and snuggly (for once) economically. Go Bartlett!

Response to service request was timely, professional, courteous & friendly. Shannon was fantastic setting up the appointment to meet my schedule, Jerry, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, fixed my furnace (yay heat!), fixed my whole house humidifier and showed me what I needed to know. Travis also came as requested to provide me a with an estimate on a new system, and I am was extremely happy with the service and the estimate, and the overall customer service and skill-sets of the company and their employees. Jerry has been servicing our heating and air conditioning for a number of years and has always been extremely prompt, polite and very professional. Called them on a Friday afternoon when my furnance stopped working. They were there within an hour. Fixed the issue (after much required tinkering, parts, etc), and then were more than happy to wait around to speak with my home warranty company. Would use them again in a heart beat!
