I have used Bartlett for as long as they have been opened. Their office personnel is always professional and pleasant and they always call prior to their arrival giving me plenty of time to get home from work and meet them. Their staff is courteous and clean and explain exactly what they NEED to do. I have highly recommended them to neighbors and friends. On another note, their service agreement is a MUST have.

I was highly impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They came out the same day I called and checked all AC units. We had a unit it the attic that became clogged and started to leak. Bartlett was able to fix the problem within an hour and installed a device to prevent it from happening again. We will continue to use Bartlett Heating and Cooling and recommend them to anyone in the area.
Thank you! At Bartlett we try to not only repair the existing problem but to also offer preventitive measures as well. We know a water leak can cause a lot of headaches and damage so Bartlett has a tool box full of solutions, like the one at your home. If there is ever another water leak, your system should shut down, alerting you that there is a problem, while also preventing the system from producing more water. Fast service at fair a d reasonable rates. I called for heat service and the problem was handled the same day. I would recommend to friends and family.

Bartlett has always gone above and beyond to resolve any HVAC issues I have had over the years. They are real experts in their field, fast to service and always been priced their services fairly. I recently had a major issue with my system and Rob went above and beyond to get my situation resolved with the manufacturer. Don't look any further for any other company, Bartlett is the best in the business!

I was very impressed with Barlett Heating & Cooling. They replaced the very specialized heat pump in my parent's townhome, as well as the plenum above it. During each service call (there was more than one because of the nature of the job and the fact that I kept calling them to do other work because their initial service was upstanding), they were very respectful of my parents' home and were as neat as they would be in their own homes. All were fit with booties and protected the floor on the route between the front door and the service destination within the townhome. And when they did forget to do one of the tasks that had been requested,, it was a non-issue: I just called them up and in a call that took just a few seconds, was told that they would send someone out the next day to finish. All of their work was neat and complete. And they communicated extremely well. They were also very considerate of my parents. And their service was at a very good cost, but I felt that we received top-of-the-line service. I will definitely use them in the future. Particularly Travis and Shannon were fantastic.

After setting up the appointment over the phone I received a confirmation via email as promised. I also received a call to let me know the tech was on his way. The tech, Jerry, was very professional. He was informed that I was a first-time Angie's List customer and would get the indicated discount. He checked out our furnace thoroughly and summarized the readings he took on the functioning of the different parts of the system. We signed a service contract with them. Jerry asked when I would like them to come out for the AC annual maintenance. He said we would receive a reminder email at the agreed upon time. Great job, Jerry!

Bartlett is a great firm! I purchased a complete HVAC system from them 8 years ago with a complete 10-year warranty. The equipment they recommended and installed has worked well. When service issues have come up, they have always been helpful and pleasant and have stood behind their work and product! I used a variety of HVAC firms over the years and was never thrilled with any of them. Bartlett is the bomb. Family run and it shows. You will not do better than these guys. HIGH MARKS all around! Use them and you will not regret it!

Bartlett Heating and Cooling has been my choice for at least 25 years. Great service, responsiveness on emergencies, system replacement and value has always been excellent with Bartlett. I would never consider anyone else!

I was having issues with my ac unit and found Bartlett on Kudzu. Chris Frais was my service technician. He was honest and forthcoming. He was prompt and very friendly. I was impressed enough to sign an annual service agreement. I highly recommend this company for your heating/ac needs.

After calling a HUGE list of companies that SAY they do 24 hour service at midnight on a Saturday, Bartlett was the ONLY company that had an actual technician call us back. All other companies answering services told us it would be Monday to Wednesday before they could have someone out and or their 'emergency service' never called after leaving the message. BARTLETT had a technician (Jerry) return my phone call within 5 minutes and he was at our house within 40 minutes. He had the problem solved and the AC up and running within an hour. The high for today is 105, so I can no tell you how thankful we are that Bartlett came to the rescue! THANK YOU BARTLETT and THANK YOU Jerry! :) Liz

What a weekend that was with the 105 degree weather! We are so proud of the service that Jerry provided to our customers this past weekend. All of the Bartlett technicians know what it is like to need service and not be able to reach your service company quickly, so we all strive to get to your home as quickly as possible, whether is is 10 degrees or 105 degrees outside (or inside!)...that is what we are here for! I can't begin to say enough good things about my experience with this company. It is OVER 100 DEGREES in Atlanta this weekend and the A/C quick working at one of my rental properties. After being jerked around by my home warranty company's "authorized vendor", I had to do something and so I called on Friday afternoon and Travis was able to come out the very next morning. Not only was he early for our appointment, he was able to quickly isolate the problem, repair it (it was minor, thankfully), and charged a very fair price. He even answered two follow-up calls on his cell phone from me when I had a few questions about wiring up a new thermostat. All this on what must be one of the busiest weekends they've had in years because of the terrible heat. Now my tenants can return to a comfortable home. Thank you SO much Travis and Bartlett! You guys are a real lifesaver and I am so happy I called you!

My AC stopped cooling over the weekend. I waited until Monday and called 3 HVAC companies, Bartlett was the only company who would come out the same day. Not only did a technician come the same day but very shortly after I placed my call. The technician was knowledgeable, explained the problem, did a diagnostic on the broken unit and serviced a second unit. Although the unit that wasn't cooling could not be fixed the technician made arrangements for a sales rep to come to my home the following day to discuss replacing the unit and requested the sales rep bring a portable unit as a temporary fix until the new unit could be installed. I have never had a more positive experience with a service provider than my experience with Bartlett. If you want top service, professional and responsive customer service agents taking your call and calling you back to let you know the tech is on his way and the expected ETA, technicians who do a thorough job and provide you with updates as the work, I recommend Bartlett Heating and Cooling. They are by far the best service company I've worked with.

AC went out this weekend and I refused to pay extra for someone to come out on Saturday. I call Bartlett on Monday morning before 8am and I had a tech at my house and my AC back up and running by 11am. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, helpful and professional!

And now that you have a Service Agreement with Bartlett, even if your AC goes out on a weekend you will receive such good discounts that you won't feel like you have to wait!
