Excellent service and good follow up
I needed my basement fixed after noticing some cracks in the walls. Basements 911 did a great job and made sure the job was solid on their follow up visit. Highly reccommended.

BEWARE
This company is being sued for fraudulent and misleading business practices.Check BBB rating and contact PA Attorney general. Our experience was totally negative. Companies did not complete work or return monies due.Beware. Do business with a legitimate business.

Whenever I read a review like the previous one that is so negative and blunt and the writer has just one postit leads me to believe it is former employee who may have had a dispute with the company.
My experiences with Basement Services 911 have very good and I would recommend them to people who want to get their basement fixed.
No one is perfect and if you are upset with the company, settle it off these message boards....

Being Sued!
This company is being sued for FRAUDULENT Business practices. they keep adding and changing addresses. Check the BBB rating and call Penn. Dept. of Consumer Affairs.
Got Paid, Never Finished, Lied, etc.
