I went here, and knew just what I needed. The guy working there was really knowledgeable, and answered my boyfriends questions. We agreed it was one of the best customer service experiences in Atlanta.

Wow - haven't experienced customer service this bad in some time. The stores charge more for the batteries than the prices you find on their website. Their explanation: they're recouping the shipping and handling charges from you. In other words, THEY had to order off their own website, and pay shipping and handling to their own company? Also (before we knew about the shipping charges) -- the Roswell store called us Christmas eve day to tell us our order was in and they would be open until 3pm. We were surprised, but left a family gathering to drive 45 minutes to get there and get our needed battery. Got there at 2:35 - they were closed. They wouldn't honor two coupons for two batteries because it would "confuse" their cash register. Stay away.
