My car battery died and I was in need of a replacement. Mike at Batteries Plus not only sold me an appropriate battery for my car he provided additional service. First, he gave me tips on how to remove corrosion from my connectors (baking soda in water worked better than my sandpaper). Later, when I returned to the shop, he tested my old battery to make certain it was truly dead and he tested my new battery and connections. If the problem had not been my old battery, or if the new battery wasn't functioning properly, he would have refunded my purchase. Finally, his customer service was outstanding. I completely recommend going to Batteries Plus and suggest you ask for Mike.

Can't believe I'm writing about a battery place. But I don't think I've gotten better service anywhere lately. Changed a watch battery very quickly and cheaply and even tried to fix a broken key fob. Truly above my expectations. Thanks and Great Job!

Batteries plus not only tested my cell phone battery for free, but the salesman was totally honest with me about the situation. Instead of making up to $50 by selling me a new cell phone battery and/or a wall charger, the salesman was honest enough to let me know that what I really needed was a whole, new cell phone unit! I dealt with two salesmen there; and both were polite, patient and n o t patronizing. Kudos to Batteries Plus!
