I needed a new phone battery for my iPhone 6S. Came into the store and was greeted by Tyler and Will. They were so helpful! I really appreciated their great customer service! Definitely recommend this store for anyone needing a new battery.

I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs recently for the repair of my iPad's cracked screen. The technician promised that the iPad would be ready in 2 days, 3 days at the latest, because the adhesive they use takes 48 hours to cure. Unfortunately, it actually took them 5 days to fix the screen. The phone calls that were promised to keep me informed never happened. When I came in to find out if my iPad was repaired, they said that needed to replace their screen, which was defective, but that it would be ready THAT EVENING. If it is supposed to take 48 hours for the adhesive to cure, how is that it would suddenly be ready the same day of repair? Despite the fact they always under-delivered on their promises, they were not apologetic about it. Very poor customer service.

Holy molly are they overpriced! We bought a cell phone battery for my son. It was $70 in their sore but we found the SAME BATTERY for $5 online. When we returned the battery the franchise owner "warned" us about the evils of online vendors and then nervously rushed us out of the store quick when another customer came in looking at other overpriced stuff.

I brought a battery in to be replaced for my son's airsoft gun. They quoted me a price for a 2100mAh battery, which coincidentally matched the price they had on a chart in their store. When my wife picked up the battery and brought it home, I noticed it was an 1100mAh battery replacement. I called them and they gave me the runaround until I reminded them of their own charted prices. Then, their response changed and it became, "the size of the batteries was such that only 1100mAh was possible," etc., which I now know to be untrue. Dishonest, period.

I recently had a problem where I was told by one employee I could bring something back, and when I did, another employee told me I couldn't. The owner followed up and made it right. Good selection of hard to find batteries.
