Unreliable
Called and talked to the scheduler who took information about the job and promised me an immediate callback. Almost week later and still no call. That doesn't fill me with confidence about how their business is conducted so will take my business elsewhere.
I suspect the other reviewer was correct: it seems like a small repair shop that maybe gets a bit overwhelmed. I get it. But stillat least call me back as promised if you want my business.

Non-Responsive
Baytlin has done work for us before, and I think they are reasonable and provide expertise. However it is difficult to get in touch with them. It seems like a mom and pop company, where the wife does the scheduling and she is too busy to answer the phone most of the time so you get voicemail and have to call back many times.

Great experience
Had a great experience. Called the Plumber Saturday to fix a leaky pipe and he did a great job. When I got the bill I thought it was a very fair price. Overall experience was pleasant and I will use him again.

Awesome Plumbing Company
The plumber repaired our water line in our front yard Saturday and did a fantastic job! This is our second time using this plumbing company and we've had the same plumber show up each time. We are very impressed with his skills and knowledge and will continue to use them again.

Saved me money
Called them today to repair my water heater and come to find out that my water heater was still under warranty. I only had to pay for the cost of their labor and they helped me get the warranty company pay for the cost of the parts. Just so yall know, they spent over 45 minutes on the phone with the warranty company making them jump through hoops and were very professional even though the warranty company was not. Totally refer them to everyone.
