DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET REPAIRS they will lie to you and say they had repairs performed on your car that they did not. I was in an accident and nationwide insurance sent me there. I hit my tire and my car started shaking afterwards I let the insurance company know and the shady man named Anders who did my estimate they said they would fix it(send it to a shop to get an alignment and balance and check why it is shaking). They had my car for four days when I finally got my car back it was still shaking. So I took it back and they began to claim it was not related to the accident and told the insurance adjuster the same. Also my alignment and balance was not done like they claimed to do. My car only began to shake following the accident I know my car. This is a shady body shop and does a half job and will lie to your insurance because they are lazy. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU GET IN A WRECK. They don't care about your car only money. Also they messed up my paint job but I will never let them touch my car again I'd rather go somewhere else and advise you to do the same if you want an honest job done on your car.

Great service and work quality! They even touched up another part of my car for no extra charge. In the few times I have been rear-ended, Bavarian Body Works has done a great job of fixing my car. Their paint-matching and other work is top-notch. Highly recommended!

One of my friends recommended this shop to me about 3 years ago. With 5 drivers in my family, I see these guys way more often than I'd like. Whether they are working on a repair for insurance or one that I am paying for, they always deliver an excellent repair in a timely manner. I have had over 8 "incidents" fixed at this shop ranging from a $400 scrape on a 2009 Honda Civic to a $18K front end repair on my 2011 X5. After that much repair, I expected to find something amiss, but even the dealer commented on the quality of the repair when I told them about it during a regular service appointment. They also did an incredible job making my 1976 Mercedes 560SL look like new again when original paint started to peel and fade. I highly recommend these guys to all my family and friends and anyone else who is looking for a dependable place for quality work.

This place is the worst place you can possibly go to for car repairs. First of all, it took them months and months to get back to us before they even returned our phone calls. At first, they tried to make us feel right at home and reassure us that they had it handled. So we came down a couple weeks later to check up on the progress, and the car was filthy! It was before, an immaculately taken care of beautiful car, and there were food and candy wrappers all over the car! They even left a melted chocolate bar in the back seat when they handed it back to us and we know it wasn't ours because there is ABSOLUTELY no food eaten in the car with us. On the day we went to go pick it up, Anders was incredibly rude and told us that it took them so long to get it back that day because they were washing and waxing the car. WAXING?? There were still CHALK MARKS ON THE CAR! There were also many many scratches that didn't come off with proper waxing later that were clearly not there the very week before! They also didn't fix the boost leak problem in the engine that they swore they fixed! If you don't know a lot about how cars work, they might be able to fool you into thinking they're doing a good job on the outside, but if you truly love your car and expect it to come back in a proper functional and aesthetic condition, I highly recommend you never ever go to this place.

I was referred to 3 different repair facilities by State Farm after my boyfriend was in a car accident; gosh am I glad I called Bavarian Body Works first! They were incredibly accommodating and helpful which was exactly what I needed while dealing with a traumatic event. Thanks so much Tammy and the Bavarian Body Works Team!

I had an accident with my Volvo station wagon. The hood was dented in, there was extensive damage to the bumper, headlamp, and frame damage. I can't tell you what a wonderful job Bavarian did. Not only did they do an exeptional job, but Robert Toole took care of everything with the insurance company (no small feat!). Because my hood is steel, Robert told me they would repair, rather than replace, it. Of course, I was convinced I'd be able to see where the work had been done, but I can't...that's the expertise these people have. I highly recommend them!

I hit a deer with my car and Bavarian did an amazing job repairing it to is original state. They were very professional, kept me informed, worked with my insurance company and even opened up their shop on Christmas eve, so that I could have my car for the holiday season.I will continue to sing their praises to anyone that will listen!

From start to finish BBW provided outstanding service in repairing our Honda Pilot. Their estimates were on target, the work was professional, they tried to save us additional expense where appropriate and most importantly the repairs they did were impeccably done. Each and every person I spoke with was responsive, honest, patient and understanding. It was a pleasure to do business with this establishment.

I met Michelle while she was dropping off my partners car. While I used to use someone closer to my house, I decided to give them a try due to their pick-up service and my partners recommendation. I was not disappointed. BMC did a great job in all aspects of servicing my car.

Bavarian was recommended by my insurance company USAA as a preferred repair shop when my car was damaged by a car wash attendent. They were terrific to work with, very responsive, and seemed to take a real interest in making sure the job was done right. They even stayed open later than usual to help me pick up the car.

I have had 2 cars repaired at Bavarian Body Works in the last couple of years and they have done an outstanding job both times. Most recently, my brand new car was hit and significantly damaged. My situation was complicated by two different insurance companies being involved and it being unclear which one would take responsibility. The staff at Bavarian helped guide me through the entire insurance claim process, worked with the insurance companies and made sure that everything needed to restore my car was addressed. My car came back looking like the accident had never happened. I am very happy with the repairs Bavarian completed on my car and I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. These people have destroyed my car. I took it to the dealer and the first words out of their mouth after looking at the car was "Who worked on this car last." There was oil leaking in the vehicle, the engine is being overtaxed by a air conditioner system that was hooked up incorrectly, and the customer service is appalling. I payed them 3-4k to work on the car, took it back to them several time. Now I have to pay the same amount to the dealer to get it fixed. Please avoid this place.

My car was keyed on both sides over a 1.5 years ago. After 4 to 5 return trips over an 8 month period for improper paint repair to Classic Collision (next the Cactus Carwash on Piedmont Road) with no success and a horrible paint job, I called my insurance adjuster. He recommended that I take the car to Anders at Bavarian. They did an awesome job and fixed all the extra damage caused by Classic Collision. If you own a Mercedes and MB of Buckhead suggests Classic, be very leary! Bavarian is by far the best shop in town (for the picky car fanatic) and they went above and beyond to fix everything to my satisfaction!!! A+++ business.

After my accident, I took the insurance estimate to Bavarian Body Works. I could not get over the amount of attention and time the owner took with me. Everyone was extremely friendly; the shop was large, organized and immaculate. Not only did they replace my driver's side door to perfect condition, but also they buffed out the paint damage from a pecan tree on my hood, detailed it and fixed a few small things on my interior. My car came back looking better than it had before the accident! They handled all of the insurance company work as well. They completed the work in remarkable time, came in under their initial estimate, kept me informed of their progress and were just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend Bavarian Body Works to any friend that needed a body shop.

I was recently in a wreck and the at-fault driver's insurance sent me to Bavarian. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable and call you back promptly. The work took a little longer than I had expected, but when I got the car back I was stunned. It looked brand-new! These folks really know what they're doing, whether your car is Bavarian or not!
