What?? A BMW repair company that has reasonable prices and has a REAL PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE???? We are very, very happy to have found such a professional, reasonably priced business for our Mini Cooper. We'll never get caught in Global's phone tree again, thanks to John and Michelle.
