1. Waited 45 minutes even though I was the first appointment of the day. 2. Business manager's answer was misleading when I asked about services being covered by insurance. 3. Treatment plan estimate was nearly $5000 after insurance. After getting a second opinion, I had my teeth repaired by another dentist for about $200 after insurance. 4. The first thing the second dentist suggested was having my teeth cleaned, said it was badly needed. Dr. Baxter's crew had just done it a month before. 5. Billed me for $100 over what the insurance paid for cleaning and X-rays. Come on guys, 50% over what the in network dentist charges? 6. Have threatened to turn bill over to collection agency If not paid, even though I was told by the business manager that there would be no out of pocket expenses for the procedures performed that day. Later she said she meant that I could pay later.

my insurance didn't pay $60 extra and i didn't know that - they didn't notify me - and the next thing i know is - they put a $60 delinquency ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! and when i called them on it, and asked them to retract that, they said no, yet acknowledging that they didn't notify me that i owed it! it would have been easy for me to pay!
