Dropped off surround sound unit on 4/15/11 & paid a $50 diagnosis fee. Was told it could be repaired. It is 9/30/11 and the unit is still not repaired. Shady company - moved across the street to warehouse, but does not return phone calls, they are rarely open, and have minimal communication. Kept promising that they were waiting on a part to fix it, but it should not take almost 6 months for a part! Now I'm afraid I've lost the $50 diagnosis fee and the surround sound unit. You are warned!!!

Very poor service. Kept my TV for 2 weeks. Took my $150(paid in advance for diagnosis) did not fix TV, refund or give TX back. Several days in a row they said it would be ready by afternoon, Never happened. Try another company.
