Bay Breeze is without doubt one of the top family restaurants in Cobb county, if not Atlanta too. A huge menu offers many choices of seafood, including a few chicken and steak choices too. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced, and portions are very large. Free take home boxes are provided. Food is served hot by a well trained and courteous service staff. Bay Breeze is smoke-free and alcohol-free, which makes it an ideal place for the entire family to enjoy very tasty reasonably priced food. Bay Breeze stays busy, but there is plenty of seating and a large staff. Plenty of free parking too. Give them a try. I highly recommend Bay Breeze.

Why does catz1959 act as if the restaurant just opened when they've been open for over a year? Bay Breeze has remained consistent. Their offerings are not 'fancy' - the owner is going for the folks that are turned off from the Marietta Fish Market's atmosphere. This way they've got practically the entire demographic covered. Serving sizes have decrease a tad since they opened and got their base established. Quality remains the same - very good quality for what they're doing. Again, they're not targeting the posh crowd, but the older crowd and middle class working families. The only real down side is they've done away with absolutely all the great specials they used to have. You used to could eat just about anything you wanted for under $8 - now those same dishes are between $10 - 15. Wish they'd bring back the specials. My favorite is the fried jumbo shrimp. The brining and batter they use is awesome.

We were looking forward to trying the Bay Breeze restaurant and we were thrilled to finally see it open. My husband, my mom and I went on a Thursday around 5pm. There was no one to seat you and the A/C wasn't working well. With my meal I was to get Texas toast and house salad, I didn't get the Texas toast or salad. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and it was nothing like any I've ever eaten before. From what I've always had and made, it was in a red watery type sauce and very very spicy(HOT). It looked to us as if they had just grilled the shrimp and laid them in the red watery stuff I couldn't finish it, and I'm not a picky person. My husband and mom got fried fish and shrimp, they said it was dry and had a thick dry, bland batter on both. I tried the fried shrimp it was as they said. There was a lot of food on thier plates but not good tasting food in our opinion. I wanted to post this so others would have an ideal of what they were getting into. We were so disappointed and won't go back ever again.

I've read the reviews on Bay Breeze and would have to agree with most stating that Bay Breeze is far a welcome atmosphere to the pocketbook and community. Your portions are plentiful and the price you really can't beat at all. I have recommended Bay Breeze to many who have enjoyed as well. Other than not serving alchol, this a great family restaurant. Thanks to the staff at Bay Breeze and continue what you're doing....

Bay Breeze is great. I disagree with the other reviews. We go here often. The food is always good and we have never had bad service. The main thing people need to remember is that their small plate is a large anywhere else. Choose the smaller option unless you can eat alot. Also, the Catfish is great. They also have a lite menu which comes with salad. This is my favorite since I do not care much for coleslaw.

We found this restaurant about a year ago and were thrilled. The atmosphere is great. Just like a beachside restaurant you would visit in Fla. The food is delicious, and plentiful! And prices are reasonable. We can eat lunch there for less than a visit to a fastfood restaurant!

I have heard a lot of people rave about this place, but the one time I visited I was not impressed. The food was ok and it was a lot of it, but the service was poor, and the prices were too high. Maybe they should reduce portion size along with the prices.

I only visited this restaurant one time and that's all it took for me to figure out not to come back. They had alot of items to choose from, but alot were pricey. Once receiving my items, I was very displeased to see they didn't even clean out the vein of the shrimps. Poor service, wont go back
