Curriculum - good Teachers - good Facility - good Administration - horrible (which ruins everything else) Their policy of posting the names of parents who are late with payment on the front door and throughout the school is done solely to embarrass parents. If you are 1 minute late bringing your child, your child will not be serviced. The only excuses are doctors excuses and police reports verifying that you were in an accident. This policy is strictly enforced. If you're stuck in traffic due to a televised accident that has I85 shut down, you might as well turn around and go back home, because you will not be allowed to drop off your child. When you try to call to explain what's going on, they won't answer the phone. That's ridiculous for a place that's supposed to service working parents. The teacher turnover rate is high. The weekly tuition is also substantially more expensive than comparable centers in the area. If they treated parents with more respect, I would rate them higher, but this place is just not worth the stress that you will experience. Childcare providers are supposed to make parents' lives easier not more difficult.

I am a parent of two at Beacon of Hope Learning Center. The director has always been available WHENEVER I wanted to discuss an issue dealing with my children. She listens to my concerns and then addresses the concerns in the classroom. She does not just listen and then not do anything about it. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been fabulous. I would definitely recommend and have recommended this school to others.
