Professional and great service every time. I've been taking my two dogs there since they were puppies, for over 3 years. The groomers are of a very high caliber and the place is clean and well kept. My dogs love going there, and I do not worry about leaving them there, ever. There is a glass wall that allows you to see into the grooming area. The groomers always ask if we want anything special done even though we usually get the same thing. Definitely worth a tryyou won't be sorry....

My Maltichon pup is 10 months. The owners seemed very nice, but it's the groomers you have to be concerned with.
We watched her get cut down because of her matting hair. That was needed. But the plucking of the ears was tramatic! One big clump from each ear was too much for a little dog. I had to take her to the Vet to get steroid drops to take the swelling down. The groomer must not have used a hypoallergenic shampoo or didn't rinse her throughly. She has been straching all over her body. To pay $60 plus a Vet bill ? We definitely won't be going back there. We should send them the Vet bill.

i went to beau bijon for the first time and my last time, I had a groomer by the name of Lilac i told her how i wanted my dog cut, she must not have listened to a word that i said. She did her own thing and it was awful!!! I am so angry and i will never go back to that salon ever again!!!

I feel that Beau Bichon is over priced and it seems like you always get a different groomer. Dogs are allowed to run free in outer office where people are entering and leaving often. I asked for them to be put on leashes before they let them run out, with no positive response.

The folks that run Beau Bijon are so loving and caring I never worry about dropping off my puppy to them. Although the name infers that they specialize in Bichon's, they take all breeds of dogs. I wouldn't take my Louie anywhere else.
