As a hair dresser, I love the fact that Beau Tye's offers 'by appointment only' grooms. We have a very nervous poodle who stresses out when we had to leave her at groomers in the past, sometimes up to 5 to 6 hours. We've been using Randy for 4 years now and he does a wonderful job on our baby, she always looks great, and most of all is never stressed out when we pick her up. To the consumer who was upset due to the needing to reschedule of the appointment, I understand where you were a bit upset but I also know being a hair dresser that when a clients shows up 20-30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, it throws your schedule off and is not fair to those who have scheduled appointments coming in after. Not sure what took place but perhaps you can smooth things out. We absolutely love Randy and his team and 4 of our neighbors in our community love them as well.

I put up with Beau Tyes(more than I should have)because of not may dog groomers around. But, after having them reschedule an appointment because of being eighteen minutes late; was the final straw! Especially after waiting for thirty minutes the previous appointment.I was called,told my pet was ready and a big deal was made that they wanted to close early. So,I had to stop what I was doing to head there(that's expected))only to wait, because they were not even finished. On another occasion Beau Tye's called to cancel(LAST MINUTE)because a groomer had hurt their hand- I had no problem with that, and I completely understood. However,it is taken into consideration when they have the nerve to make my husband reschedule because he was a little late. I called, canceled that appointment and all future ones. I had ENOUGH of Beau Tye's self centered attitude. Where they think they are business to do you a favor and they don't need your business- Customer NO Service!!!!

This is the best place I've ever taken my dogs! My poodle is deaf and has arthritis, and I never worry about leaving her with them. Their service is prompt, so my babies don't have to stay there all day, which I'm sure they wouldn't mind anyway! I just wish they were still open on Saturdays . . .

Randy and John are the absolute best with sometimes scared dogs. No cages, caring attitudes - our dog loves these guys and that's very unusual for her. Thanks, guys !

Thanks kvnwich!!!! We appreciate you very much as one of our valued clients. We love what we do and strive to make grooming a stress free experience for your four legged family member. Thus, no cages - coilspring pet beds instead, Hourly Appointments - we don't hold them all day - on average two and a half hours spent at the spa, and aromatherapy to help calm them. Randy and John are professionals who understand pets and their owners. Dogs are never kept in cages, don't spend hours waiting to get groomed and enjoy their grooming experience. I recommend them to all my friends! Keep up the good work fellas!
