They are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Any problems are dealt with immediately and completely before you leave. I can't say enough about this dealership. In fact, I bought a 2010 GMC crew cab which I traded in. On the back of the tailgate I had "A superb dealership" with Beck and Masten decal below it. Does this say something about this dealership? Mr. Beck is a wonderful person to work with and you must be satisfied. I highly recommend them to all I come in contact with.

My Buick failed inspection - needed a new gas cap, new brakes, and resolve a "service engine light". Midas replaced the cap and brakes but couldn't reset the service light - perplexed because it showed no "codes" with was no reason for the light. On to B&M for the service light - admittedly, I left the car after hours. I asked them to check the wiring for the light - and to give me a call so i could explain. I called twice to check -but was blown off. It took them 2 days to look at it. The diagnosis costs $99. The service technician said I needed new brakes and a gas cap for $700. (Midas charged $150.) I had left my inspection paperwork in my glove box. Apparently, they didn't seriously look at my car, perhaps rifled through my papers. I explained I'd just had those replaced but the clerk argued the previous work "wasn't good enough" because it wasn't done at the dealer. On and on they went. In disgust, I took the car to a new shop. A severed wire needed to be replaced - $175. The light went off. Inspection passed.
