I've been here several times, and the quality of work cannot be faulted. The good news is that everything has always been fixed right the first time at Beck's and the car comes back clean. The neutral news is that Beck's often takes longer than originally advertised, leaving me with the impression that I'm accommodating their schedule, as opposed to vice-versa. The bad news is that Beck's is really expensive -- parts cost like the dealer, labor time like the dealer, labor rate maybe a little lower than the dealer and no courtesy car (unlike the dealer). So, if you have unlimited funds and lots of time, Beck's presents a great servicing option for your Porsche.

The best thing about this shop was Lane Romanick who is now gone and James (not sure of last name). We have not had our Porsche in the shop since last year after finding out they had yet more turnover. The mechanics and customer service people we liked and respected are all gone as of sometime last year so...we are gone too! It is difficult to trust a place that cannot keep great people employed. We just got a second Porsche and are taking both to another service shop in Scottsdale.
