Challenging times to say the least when it comes to selling a home these days. And getting a good and knowledgeable Realtor that will represent the Seller in this "Buyers Market" is even tougher. Becky and her team helped me purchase my home in 2005. I was relocating to GA from FL. Becky was extremely helpful during the phone calls I made prior to our visit, and her buyer agent was very accommodating to our limited time frame to see homes. We are grateful we had her assistance in our home purchase.

Becky has been our chosen Realtor for the sale of two homes and purchase of two homes. The first was back in the 1980's when she helped us purchase our very first home, she worked very hard in helping us get financing and qualify for our first home and was tireless in helping us find the perfect house.

In 2007 she once again used her excellent negotiating skills to help us buy a second weekend home which would eventually become our permanent residence, a dream come true!

In the spring of 2008 when the market was already in crisis we listed our primary home with her and thanks to her outstanding marketing we had a contract within one month of the listing! And it closed on schedule!

We have insisted that our grown children use Becky when it's time to buy their first house, I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important transaction for my children and their families.

Her ethics, customer service, negotiating skills, and tenacity are invaluable. Never have I seen a Realtor who is so committed to their clients. She truly shows a personal interest in her buyers and sellers.
