Bed and Bark by K-9 Coach

As a responsible new pet owner, I did a lot of research on vets, groomers, daycare, etc. I visited some popular places in trendy parts of the city and did a temperament test at an adorable place in Buckhead. Bed & Bark in Smyrna kept coming up in my research but it wasn't convenient to my house/job. However, a colleague recommend them and I decided to visit. My 6 month old puppy has been going there nearly every day since.

The team knows dogs and are the most highly certified team/facility I could find. My pup starts wagging when we turn into the driveway and the team is as excited to see him as he is to see them. To top it all off, they are training him and they have the absolute best groomers! You won't regret taking your furry family!

Just picked up my labradoodle and was SUPER PLEASED with their groomer! Joey is new to B&B and is AMAZING! I've never had a groomer actually show me what they were doing or give me tips to help between groomings! Thank you JOEY! We will be back very soon to see you again!!!

We have tried several doggy daycare facilities with our dogs over the years and Bed & Bark is the only one that made us feel like they truly cared about our pets first, not our wallets. The staff is always so happy to see our dog, Murphy, who attends daycare and our other dog, Astor, who gets groomed here. We have also taken advantage of several of the classes they offer. The classes are led in a positive manner that leaves you feeling supported, not judged some like obedience schools we have attended. We have been loyal clients for years and will continue to be a Bed & Bark family for our future pets. How many companies can you say that about nowadays? Most importantly, our dogs LOVE going there and we never have to worry a second about their well-being. They will do anything to make your dog successful --- they truly care!

I say third time's a charm because K-9 Coach is the 3rd facilty we have used for our Boxer and we finally found a great place where my wife and I feel comfortable leaving out little man. Our boxer has been attacked at other facilities and it is apparent that the staff at K-9 know what they are doing and are aware of everything in the yards at all times. Luckilym despite the fact our dog has been a victim numerous times, he maintains his Boxer wiggle and is ALWAYS happy to see the staff and other dogs at K-9. We have boarded him there a couple times and all was well, and we do daycare about once a week to "drain his batteries." I highly recommend K-9 coach for all of you dog needs, Otis does too!

After sending my dog to K-9 coach for several weeks, he came back in worse shape than when he when in. The kennel manager is rude, the front desk clerks have no idea what is going on, and the owner of the facility has little interest in any aspect of the business, which is at the least, odd, and at the most, grossly irresponsible. I will never take another of my dogs there again, as I have had to deprogram the one I sent there already.
