Loving, Caring staff.
I just adopted a cat and brought him to Bell Ridge for a front de-claw procedure. The staff at Bell Ridge were wonderful about the whole thing - they talked me through the procedure, calmed my fears about it, and overall were very supportive of my decision to do so. They suggested the laser surgery option to me - which I think helped my cat recover much more quickly than I ever expected - and immediately upon his return home, he was running about rubbing our ankles and quite happy and unfazed by the whole thing.
After a few days recovering at home, Munchkin decided to start worrying his front paws and ultimately pulled out a stitch - causing him to wonder what all the shrieking on my part was all about I called Bell Ridge, had an appointment within the hour, and we were seen immediately upon entering their office.
When we got to Bell Ridge, Munchkin was howling a bit - and immediately a staff member (without even seeing him) said, "Is that MUNCHKIN? I MISSED you!" after only hearing his voice. After we were in the exam room for a few minutes, he was taken to another room to have his paw dressed and antiseptic applied, and I heard another staff member exclaim, "MUNCHKIN! I LOVE you! I just want to squeeze you!"
Now - if recounting those two experiences with their staff isn't enough to convince you these people are serious animal lovers, then there just isn't
