Once again AT&T messes things up. Was fair when Bellsouth but now Phone service, internet connection and customer service lousy. One phone line scratchy when it rains and the other just goes out along with internet. I had AT&T come out to try and speed up connection and they said download speeds over 4 meg but upload speed restriction was the cause for my complaints. No Fair!! The only good thing about my internet connection is the static IP but not worth tolerating at all. Much rather have a solid connection than static IP. Ordered Comcast today. I CAN'T WAIT!!! I will have 3 phone lines. Fax line, Soild internet connection and great TV Package for 1/2 the price of this over priced AT&T BS. Get it together AT&T!!!!

While I have had most of my issues resolved in the past, their customer service still leaves something to be desired. While operating nearly in a monopoly capacity, it's hard to ditch them when they are really the only gig in town and anyone else leases their lines from them too. I just wish I could get rid of my home phone and keep my DSL, but no....

The reliability of the DSL connection has been OK. Have had problems with the DNS, connection drops, and sometimes speed. The best part about it is the price so that is what keeps me with them. Not quite ready to do over-the-top VOIP so willing to spend a little more for phone. Haven't tried the cable voice yet though.

I signed up for a sat tv/dsl package, when DirectTV was unable to deliver they went ahead and cancelled the DSL for me. They did not however tell me that they would charge my card $200 for absolutely NO SERVICE!! very uncooperative customer service agents/managers. BEWARE!
