Was offered a package at one of the local Cingular stores and signed a contract only to find that there was a "computer error" that gave me a wrong rate. Had to file a complaint with the FCC and still no resolution from the company. Bellsouth blamed Cingular, Cingular blamed ATT and ATT blamed Bellsouth and Cingular. The sad part is that they are the same company.

I signed up for a sat tv/dsl package, when DirectTV was unable to deliver they went ahead and cancelled the DSL for me. They did not however tell me that they would charge my card $200 for absolutely NO SERVICE!! very uncooperative customer service agents/managers. BEWARE!

I don't know where the residential offices are, so I'm writing my review based on my experience as a residential customer of Bellsouth. I think the low rates and rebates to get you in are a set up. I wish we had more choices for phone services, because I hate the long waits to speak with a representative and the way the rates seem to gradually creep up over time when you're supposed to have a flat rate.
